This website is a marketing and contact page for Freightinel. We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit a demo, trial, or contact request through our form. We do not create user accounts on this site and we do not collect payment information here.

If you submit a request, we receive only the information you enter: name, work email, company name, optional phone number, optional message, and your selected request type (demo, trial, or general contact). Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be recorded for security and may be processed when you visit the site.
2. Why we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your request, contact you about the demo or trial you asked for, and continue communication related to that inquiry. We do not use form data for unrelated advertising, we do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your initiative to contact us and, where applicable, steps prior to a potential contract. Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your data.
4. How long we keep it

Access is limited to authorised Freightinel personnel who need it to respond to inquiries. Hosting and email delivery providers may process data on our behalf solely to operate the website and deliver messages to us.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or object to processing where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your country.
